Maccas - AFL Presell

This was a small project, but such a fun one to work on. Big thanks to Paul Critchley for bringing me on board. I really appreciated it! The brief was straightforward: make the balls look cool and dramatic.
Flat 2D images felt too limiting, especially for animation, colour variations, and adding supers. To give the project more flexibility, I modelled and textured the ball entirely from scratch. I love the crafting and detailing that went into this project. I focused on the precise placement of the logos, symbols, and copy, creating a dynamic asset that could adapt to any composition.
I love projects with open briefs like this, where the goal is clear and the problem-solving and creative vision come together. Huge thanks to the team at Akcelo for the opportunity!
